Goat Milk

The farms where the goat milk is collected from are spread on the hills in the middle of Transylvania.  Manufacturers combine harmoniously traditional and modern technologies to comply with the specifications, so that all the raw materials fall into the A quality category according to the European legislation.

As the tradition of free grass feeding has been maintained, the goats have access to the most tender sprouts and buds through the entire lactation period.

In order to maintain the qualities of the fresh milk, it is filtered, cooled, stored and transported in isothermal containers.
